Unfortunately, after using Aorkuler for a while, I lose it. When I took my dog on a hike, I didn't fasten his collar because I was in a hurry. He followed us the entire time, so I didn't use the controller.
After we got home and I was about to feed him, I realized his collar and tracker were missing. We hiked far from home. I don't know where he lost his collar.
I emailed the Aorkuler team for help and they got back to me the next day with a solution. A product can be considered the best dog tracker if it meets your needs and the customer service is on point.
